Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between leg muscle strength and concentration with the results of Extracurricular Futsal shooting at SMPN 1 Rupat. This research is a correlational research. The population of this study were futsal extracurricular students at Rupat 1 Public Middle School. The sample in this study were all 20 students of futsal extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 1 Rupat. The research instrument for obtaining data on leg muscle strength was carried out using a leg and back dynamometer test, then the athlete's concentration was taken by means of tests and measurements using the Grid Concentration Test instrument and also a test for measuring the results of shooting (shooting) on futsal players. Data analysis on the relationship between leg muscle strength and concentration with the results of extracurricular futsal shooting at SMP Negeri 1 Rupat used the formula "r" product moment. Based on the results of the study it was found that a) there was a relationship between leg muscle strength and the results of extracurricular futsal shooting at Rupat 1 Public Middle School of 90.06% with r count 0.949 and r table 0.444, there was a relationship between concentration and extracurricular futsal shooting results at Rupat 1 Public Middle School at 31, 47% with r count 0.561 and r table 0.444, and there is a relationship between leg muscle strength and concentration with the results of extracurricular futsal shooting at Rupat 1 Public Middle School of 87.32% with r count 0.934 and r table 0.444.
