Abstract

This research was conducted at the branch office of bfi finance indonesia pekanbaru branch, the employees studied were employees who served in the office and in the field. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work conflict and the performance of hr services at pt. bfi finance indonesia pekanbaru branch, either partially or simultaneously. The data used in this study is quantitative data with a total of 30 employees. The results of the research that have been carried out are obtained by multiple linear regression analysis equations, work conflict has a significant influence on service performance which shows that work conflict is influenced by service performance variables, while the rest is influenced by other factors not examined by this study. Such as work environment, leadership, organizational culture, motivation and so on. The conclusion of this study is that the variables of work conflict and service employee affect bfi finance indonesia pekanbaru branch. Thus, to improve service employee, the management of bfi finance indonesia pekanbaru branch. needs to pay attention to the influence of appropriate and effective work and the organization must be able to provide incentives or bonuses to employees who excel.
