Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work stress on employee turnover intention at PT. Sinar Mas BPLP Inhil. Sources of data used in this study using primary data and secondary data, namely questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The population of this study are employees of PT. Sinar Mas BPLP Inhil, totaling 70 people who were also the sample in this study, used the Non Probability Sampling technique, namely the Saturated Sampling (census). This study uses quantitative methods using SmartPLS 3 software. The tests used are Falidity Test, Reality Test, Normality Test, Simple Linear Regression, Persian Significant Test (T-Test), Coefficient of Determination Test (R2). The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between work stress on employee turnover intention at PT. Sinar Mas BPLP Inhil.
