Abstract
This study aims to determine the application of the principles of Accountability and Transparency in the Management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Kuala Cenaku Village, Kuala Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This research is a qualitative research using a descriptive approach by collecting research data to be condensed and presented in detail in order to draw a conclusion through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) based on Permendagri Number 20 of 2018 in Kuala Cenaku Village at the Implementation, Planning, Administration, Reporting stages is said to be accountable. Meanwhile, at the Accountability stage, it is not fully accountable or not fully in accordance with the guidelines of Permendagri Number 20 of 2018. Meanwhile, in the Transparency stage it is still not in accordance with Permendagri Number 20 of 2018 because of the absence of information media that is easily accessible by the public.
