Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous work environment and work experience simultaneously on employee productivity at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (Persero) Sei Artificial Palm Oil Mill. This research was conducted at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (Persero) Sei Artificial Palm Oil Mill (PKS) Dayun District, Siak Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 98 people with the census method. In this study using quantitative descriptive analysis with multiple linear regression. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses SmartPLS 3. The results of this study indicate that the work environment and work experience have a positive and significant effect on productivity at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (Persero) Sei Artificial Palm Oil Mill (PKS) Dayun District, Siak Regency.
