Abstract
This study aims to analyze organizational commitment and organizational culture on employee performance at the Islamic University of Riau. And to find out how much influence of organizational commitment and organizational culture on the performance of employees of the Islamic University of Riau. The sample in this study amounted to 62 people, the sampling technique used a census. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between organizational commitment and organizational culture together on employee performance. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it is known that the relationship between organizational commitment and organizational culture on employee performance is very strong. Organizational commitment and motivation have an effect of 81.6% while 18.4% are influenced by other factors.
