Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the auditor's functional allowance at the Rokan Hilir Regency Inspectorate, to find out and analyze the Auditor's Performance at the Rokan Hilir Regency Inspectorate and to find out and analyze the effect of the auditor's functional allowance on the Auditor's Performance at the Rokan Hilir Regency Inspectorate. The formulation of this research is How is the auditor's functional allowance at the Inspectorate of Rokan Hilir Regency? How is the performance of the auditors at the Rokan Hilir Regency Inspectorate? And how and how big is the influence of the auditor's functional allowance on the Improvement of Auditor Performance at the Inspectorate of Rokan Hilir Regency?. This research uses quantitative research method with descriptive survey research type. The informants in this study were the Auditors of the Inspectorate of Rokan Hilir Regency. Based on this study, because the total population is not greater than 100 respondents, the researchers took 100% of the total population at the Rokan Hilir Regency Inspectorate, namely 27 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study using Questionnaires, Interviews, and Documentation. Based on the results of research and data analysis shows that: Based on the results of the research analysis and discussion described in the previous chapter, the conclusion in this study is that the Auditor Functional Allowance has a significant effect on Auditor Performance at the Inspectorate of Rokan Hilir Regency. This means that if the auditor's functional allowance is higher, the auditor's performance will be better.
