Abstract
Factors Related to Job Satisfaction of State Civil Apparatus at the Riau Agricultural Technology Study Center. Mrs. Dr. Ir. Marliati, Msi. As a Advisory Lecturer. ASN characteristics, leadership style, and organizational culture as factors that are closely related to the level of job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of ASN, leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction at BPTP Riau, as well as the relationship between ASN characteristics, leadership style and organizational culture with job satisfaction asn at BPTP Riau. Respondents in this study were taken randomly (Random Sampling). Data was collected using survey methods and interviews using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is Spearman rank correlation analysis. The results showed that: 1) ASN age at BPTP Riau productive age 36-45 years. The education level of ASN at BPTP Riau has an average education of S2. Most of the ASN at BPTP Riau have 2 - 3 dependents. Most of the ASN at BPTP Riau already have work experience with a tenure of > 20 years. ASN at BPTP Riau with Rank/Group III is the most ASN. 2) The leadership style that has the largest rating category is Supportive Leadership with a very good rating category with a weight of 4.37. The organizational culture that has the largest rating category is Role Culture with a good rating category and a weight of 4.17. Job Satisfaction at BPTP Riau as a whole has a very good rating category with a weight of 4.37. 3) The relationship between ASN characteristics and job satisfaction at BPTP Riau has a weak/negative and significant relationship at the 10% test level. The relationship between leadership style and job satisfaction at BPTP Riau has a weak/positive and significant relationship at the 10% test level. The relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction at BPTP Riau has a moderate/negative and significant relationship at the 5% test level. ASN job satisfaction at BPTP Riau can be increased again by implementing a supportive leadership style and an organizational culture of role culture through regular and consistent guidance and supervision of ASN in carrying out their duties and functions.
