Abstract
This study aims to analyze how the role of the Kampung Merah Putih Organization in Helping the Penghulu Realize Development in the Penghuluan Parit Aman District, Bangko District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The Kampung Merah Putih organization, which is located in the head of Parit Aman, Bangko District, Rokan Hilir Regency, was formed from the ideas of young people with the initial intention of creating and enlivening a bustling atmosphere in the Penghuluan Parit Aman which has been very quiet. This research uses qualitative research method with descriptive research type. The key informants in this study were the Chairperson of the Organization of Kampung Merah Putih Kepenghuluan Parit Aman, Bangko District, Rokan Hilir Regency and the main informants were the Organizational Management of Kampung Merah Putih Kepenghuluan Parit Aman, Bangko District, Rokan Hilir Regency, government of icials (Kepenghuluan Parit Aman), Head of BPKep Parit Aman and public figure. Sample selection is done by (purposive sampling). Based on the results of the research and data analysis, it shows that: (1) The role of the Kampung Merah Putih Organization in helping the Penghuluan Parit Aman realize development in the Kepenghuluan Parit Aman, Bangko District, Rokan Hilir Regency is caused by the Penghuluan Parit Aman only involving in planning but in implementing the development of the Kampung Merah organization. white people are not involved, (2) the administrators of the red and white village organizations are partly employees of the safe trench leadership so that there is overlap in work, both in terms of time, administrative tasks and organizational tasks, (3) lack of guidance from the safe trench leadership to the red and white village organizations so that Organizations are often unable to engage in development in the mains trench safety.
