Abstract

Research entitled The Effect of Various Organic Fertilizers and NPK Grower Doses on the Growth and Production of Flower Cabbage (Brassica oleracea var botrytis. L), under the guidance of Drs. Maizar, MP. This research was conducted at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University, Jalan Kaharuddin Nasution Km 11 No. 113, Air Cold Village, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City. The research was conducted for four months from November 2019 to February 2020. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of various organic fertilizers and NPK Grower dosages on the growth and production of flower cabbage. This study used a completely randomized factorial design consisting of two factors. The first factor is organic fertilizer which consists of four levels, namely without organic fertilizer, bokashi, cow manure, and compost. The second factor is the NPK Grower dose which consists of four levels, namely 0, 2.5, 5, and 7.5 g / plant. Parameters observed were plant height, number of leaves, flowering age, harvest age, crop diameter, weight of crop / crop. Data were analyzed statistically and continued with the Honest Significant Difference Test (BNJ) at the 5% level. The results showed that the interaction of various organic fertilizers and NPK Grower significantly affected all parameters. The best treatment is a combination of doses of cow manure and NPK Grower 7.5 g / plant. The main effect of various organic fertilizers has a significant effect on all parameters. The best treatment of cow manure. The main effect of NPK Grower has a significant effect on all parameters. The best treatment was NPK Grower 7.5 g / plant.
