Abstract

This research aims to explain the Administrative Service of Disbursement of Activities Funds at the Office of Public Works and Spatial Arrangement of Rokan Hilir Regency, this research method is qualitative to provide a systematic picture of the facts of the object being studied. The sample in this study was 7 (seven) people, consisting of, Structural Officers of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Rokan Hilir Regency, State Civil Apparatus, Accounting Personnel, Voluntary Labor and Associates of Goods and Services Providers in the Rokan Hilir Regency Government. Data analysis techniques used triangulation data analysis, research results explain about tangible, reliability, response / response, assurance and empathy, that the Implementation of Administrative Services Disbursement of Activities funds at the Office of Public Works and Spatial Arrangement of Rokan Hilir Regency, in general is good enough even though viewed from the service system is still not maximal, this is seen from the problem of facilities provided and the completion of administrative services disbursement of activities, factors that become problems in administrative services: first, the failure of facilities and infrastructure is still inadequate, second, the quality of human resources is still lacking, third, the verification section is still less thorough in the examination of the file, for that research advice, the need for special attention of the Leadership to improve the facilities and infrastructure of the service section and the need for the addition of skilled Human Resources through education and training, so that the administrative services of disbursement of activities can run effectively and efficiently.
