Abstract

With the corona virus pandemic (Covid-19) it has an impact on the economy of people in Indonesia, where workers are victims of layoffs , residents who have difficulty accessing health facilities, are threatened with a food crisis, and have lost daily income during the pandemic, one of which is Tanah Putih Tanjung Melawan District. The research method uses qualitative research methods as a technique for data collection and direct interviews with informants such as the Head of Tanah Putih Tanjung Melawan District, Police Chief, Danramil 0321, Head of Public Health Center, Head of PUSTU, members of the Task Force Unit, elements of Polsek, elements of Danramil 0321, elements of the Camat Office. , elements of health centers, and community leaders. The results of the study show that the evaluation of the implementation of government policies in handling the spread of the Corona Virus (Covid-19) in Tanah Putih Tanjung Melawan District, Rokan Hilir Regency, has carried out the handling very well, this can be concluded through the first indicator such as community participation in handling covid 19 is very deep. create groups tasked with guarding the border post in Tanah Putih Tanjung Melawan sub-district. Both efficiencies, although they have several obstacles, such as a shortage of medical personnel in the analysis section, but this is not an obstacle because it can be overcome. Third, the facilities owned by the Tanah Putih Tanjung Melawan District Government include guard posts, road portals, body temperature measuring devices, hand washing equipment and disinfectants, besides that the government also utilizes other Tanah Putih Tanjung Melawan District Government facilities such as loudspeakers and existing administrative center. The fourth leveling is not just from the community following every direction issued by the tribal chief, this is inseparable from the performance of the task force team which is quite efficient by using an android-based application to disseminate information on reports and developments related to the spread of the corona virus. The five responsiveness can already be considered responsive, because good responsiveness by the apparatus is needed by the community in order to provide information and understanding in preventing covid 19. The sixth accuracy shows that the sub�district government's strategy through the utilization of its capabilities has been running well in accordance with the policies laid down. apply. Where the community, especially the elderly, is being vaccinated effectively because the Covid 19 vaccination is one of the steps to deal with the spread of the corona virus in Subdistrict Tanah Putih Tanjung Melawan.
