Abstract

Investment is a business practice that is firmly connected with the advancement of monetary turnover. Hypothesis or interest in the genuine sense is characterized as an activity or development of a business, while a monetary patron is a real individual or substance who has money to give. The reason for this study is to figure out the execution of the Investment Cooperation Agreement between PT. Delami Brands with PT. Matahari Department Store Pekanbaru which utilizes the standard understanding and the limitations caused in the Implementation of the Investment Cooperation Agreement between PT. Delami Brands with PT. Matahari Department Store Pekanbaru. The technique utilized in this exploration is clear, which alludes to the peculiarity being contemplated. Furthermore, means to depict or portray the issues being concentrated on in light of the aftereffects of the populace and tests as well as the consequences of meetings. The consequences of this study are that the execution of speculation collaboration arrangements is fabricated in light of standard arrangements that cause an unevenness of freedoms and commitments where there is an adjustment of execution as opposed to the actual participation, in particular the exchange of privileges and commitments for installments which as per regulation are in opposition to the rule of pure intentions of the collaboration understanding.
