Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the Determination of Credit Scores (DCS) for Elementary School Teachers in Bangko District at the Education and Culture Office of Rokan Hilir Regency and to determine the inhibiting factors in Determining the Credit Scores (DCS) for Elementary School Teachers in Bangko District at the Education and Culture Office of Rokan Regency. Downstream. In Permenpan RB Number 16 of 2009 and Permendiknas Number 35 of 2010 became the basis for determining teacher credit scores. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis intended for exploration and clarification of a phenomenon or reality. The data carried out in this study were sourced from informants, the key informants in this study were the head of the Department of Education and the main informant in this study was the head of the Personnel SubSection, the staff in charge of Determining Credit Scores and the teachers whose credit scores were assigned. Data collection techniques used consisted of interviews and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used are data reduction and data presentation. The results of the study indicate that the Determination of Credit Scores (DCS) for Elementary School Teachers in Bangko District at the Education and Culture Office has gone quite well. The obstacles found were the lack of socialization from the Education and Culture Office of Rokan Hilir Regency, the lack of teacher knowledge about DCS, teacher apathy, teacher negligence, and manual credit score determination (DCS).
