Abstract

This study aims to see and find out the extent of village government coordination in village developmet in lubuk siam village, siak hulu district, kampar regency. The indicators for assessing the role used include the role as a unit of action, the role of communication, the role of division of labor and the role of discipline. The resarch method used in this research is aqualitative research method in the form of descriptive analysis. The data collection instrum obtainreal conditions. In a addition, this study also uses observation and interview techniques. The results of this study conclude that the village head playsa significant role in develom ent in Lubuk Siam village, siak hulu district, Kampar regency. From the results of interview analysis that has been responded to by 7 respondetstregarding the extent to which the village govermn ent in coordinating developm ent in Lubuk Siam village, Siak Hulu District, kampar Regency is in the “ enough Implen ented� category in developm ent in Lubuk Siam village. In carryng out his role for developm ent in Lubuk Siam Village, the Village head encoutered several obstacles, nam ely lack of communication and lack of role in the com munity.
