Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation on employee work productivity at PT. PKS PBI, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency. The research location is in Pangkalan Baru Village, Siak Hulu Subdistrict, Kampar Regency, with a total sample of 66 employees. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data through interview data collection techniques and research questionnaires and data analysis was carried out using descriptive and quantitative methods using simple linear regression. From the descriptive research, it is known that the work motivation at PT. PKS PBI, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency in accordance with the needs of employees and the standards set in order to ensure the safety of employees at work. Work productivity at PT. PKS PBI, Siak Hulu Subdistrict, Kampar Regency has been carried out well because during work the employees have completed their work on time and the results of their work are good too. R2 value is 0.636, this shows 63.6% of the influence of work motivation variables on work productivity at PT. PKS PBI, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency, while 36.4% is influenced by other variables which were not examined in this study.
