Abstract

Analysis of the Management System of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) Kuala Alam Bandar Jaya in the perspective of Good Corporate Governance in Kuala Alam Village, Bengkalis District, Regency. The focus of research in research at BUMDes Kuala Alam Bandar Jaya focuses on knowing the governance of BUMDes Kuala Alam Bandar Jaya Kuala Alam Village, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency in the perspective of Good Corporate Governance, and to find out what factors influence the implementation of Good Corporate Governance in BUMDes Kuala Alam Bandar Jaya Kuala Alam Village, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency. The research method used is a qualitative research method. Based on research that has been researched on the Analysis of the Management System of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Kuala Alam Bandar Jaya in the perspective of Good Corporate Governance, it can be concluded: that of the 5 indicators of Good Corporate Governance, namely: transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness studied in BUMDes Kuala Alam Bandar Jaya has been implemented well. This can be seen from the answers of 8 informants to the sub-indicators of the five indicators stating that they are good and can be seen from the welfare of the people in Kuala Alam Village which is better with the existence of BUMDES
