Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine and, this research was conducted at PT. Lubuk Bendahara Palma Industri (LBPI). The purpose of this study was to determine the motivation and work ability of Production Division employees at PT Lubuk Bendahara Palma Industri (LBPI). In this study, the sample was 39 employees of the production department at Lubuk Bendahara Palma Industri (LBPI), the type of data used were primary data obtained from respondents. From the data analysis carried out, it can be concluded that based on the results of the existing recapitulation of the respondents regarding the variables of motivation and work ability at PT. Lubuk Bendahara Palma Indutri, Rokan Hulu, is categorized as good. With these variables Motivation and Ability
