Abstract

The improvement of the quality of services in the public sector to the community every day is increasing and these demands will be increasingly inevitable, related to this, Civil Servants (PNS) in the Field of Utilization and Development of the Riau Provincial Staffing Agency as an element of the state apparatus that assumes a strategic role must be able to serve the community professionally, honestly, fairly and evenly in development, Therefore, accountability for the performance of each state organizer in carrying out its main duties and functions must always be improved and become the focus of attention for the government. This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of work culture and organizational commitment to the quality of service to carry out Divorce Permits in the Field of Utilization and Development at the Riau Provincial Staffing Agency. This research uses quantitative methods.This research uses quantitative methods. The study sample was 20 people with the sampling method using the census. The results showed that there was a significant influence between work culture and organizational commitment to the quality of employee service in the Field of Utilization and Development of the Riau Provincial Staffing Agency. Simultaneously, the variables of work culture and organizational commitment affect the quality of service of employees in the Field of Utilization and Development of the Riau Provincial Staffing Agency, with a very significant level of influence in other words, the better the work culture and organizational commitment, the quality of service of employees in the Field of Utilization and Development of the Riau Provincial Staffing Agency will increase.
