Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze partially and simultaneously the effect of human relations and reward on employee performance at PT. Perhotelan Resty Tower Hospitality. In this study the population is all employees of PT. Perhotelan Resty Menara Pekanbaru, which numbered 54 people, given the small number of samples, the entire population was sampled using the census method. While the data analysis uses multiple linear regression methods. The results of the study stated that human relations and reward partially has a significant influence on employee performance at Resty Menara Hotel Pekanbaru. Based on simultaneous test results show that human relations and rewards significantly influence employee performance at Resty Menara Hotel Pekanbaru. There is a strong and positive relationship between human relations and reward with employee performance at Resty Menara Hotel Pekanbaru.
