Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Reward and Punishment on employee motivation. This research was conducted at PTPN 5 Sai Rokan, Rokan Hulu Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 61 people. Data Analysis using Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the research that have been carried out explain that Reward and Punishment have a significant influence on employee work motivation at PTPN 5 Sai Rokan, Rokan Hulu Regency.
