Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of the implementation of the performance accountability system of government agencies (SAKIP) and internal control on the implementation of good governance in the Regional Work Units in Pekanbaru City. The method of selecting the sample in this study used purpose sampling so that 68 respondents were obtained. The data analysis method in this study is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test data quality, multiple linear regression analysis, partial test (t), and coefficient of determination test, using SPSS version 25 for windows. The results of the partial test show that the performance accountability system of government agencies has a significant influence on the implementation of good governance and the internal control variable has a significant influence on the implementation of good governance.
