Abstract

An agreement can give birth to a legal agreement, as well as a credit agreement at the Pematang Pudu Urban Village Economic Business (UEK) in Pematang Pudu District Mandau District with the credit agreement, it creates obligations and rights that both parties have to implement. The main problem of this research is how to implement a credit agreement in the Village Economic Business (UEK) Pematang Pudu, Mandau District. What are the obstacles in the implementation of the credit agreement at the Pematang Pudu Urban Village Economic Business (UEK) in the District of Mandau. This type of research used in this Research is observational research, namely by means of direct field surveys using interview methods and questionnaires as collecting data. And then based on the nature of this research is descriptive, namely the author provides a clear and detailed description. Based on the results of research conducted by the author, in credit agreements there are still many borrowers who still paying late not in accordance with the stipulated time so that it presents obstacles to other people who want to borrow and there are also borrowers whose loan funds are not allocated for business capital but for daily needs. as well as the lack of awareness of the borrower to repay the borrowed loan in accordance with the agreed time period.
