Abstract

The allocation of village funds in actual development is to see how far Which development has been carried out based on the deliberation of plans? development, both physical in the form of facilities and infrastructure as well as empowerment community uses village funds, the author also looks at the allocation of funds villages, rural communities are less participating in development activities that carried out by the village government, most of the activities carried out on the basis of village government apparatus initiative, the village fund is guided by Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. Based on the background of the problem that the author described above, then The author sets the first main problem, namely the Implementation of Fund Allocation Villages in Tambak Langgam Village, Pelalawan Regency and Inhibiting Factors in the Implementation of the Village Fund Allocation. This research is seen from the type of research, using the method observational research, namely by means of a survey, in which the author directly to the research location to obtain the necessary data by using data collection tools in the form of interviews and questionnaires. Nature of This research is descriptive, that is, it provides a clear picture of details of the use of village funds whose data is taken from the Village office Langgam Farm, Pelalawan Regency. The results of this study, the implementation of village fund allocation in Tambak Village The style of Pelalawan Regency according to the results of the research that the author did that the allocation of village funds in Tambak Langgam Village, Pelalawan Regency has going well seen from the development that has been carried out by village government, but it has not been fully implemented in accordance with Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, so that the allocation of village funds it is not maximal. Inhibiting factors from the results of the author's research do it is known that the inhibiting factor in the allocation of village funds in the village is Tambak Langgam, Pelalawan Regency is a village apparatus resource that do not have competence due to lack of knowledge and lack of training for village officials regarding the management of village funds, facilities and infrastructure is still minimal, community participation is still low and tend to be passive. The author's suggestion is that the village apparatus in the future is given increasing knowledge and training and in the future village officials conduct socialization to the community regarding the activities that will carried out by village officials.
