Abstract

Abstract: The roof truss construction is a form of construction that functions to support the roof construction that is located on the horses. Resources are a determining factor in the success of a construction project. Resources that influence the project consist of materials, machines, money, and methods. There are several factors that influence labor productivity. These factors include age, experience, education, wages, health and the relationship between workers. Therefore, in an effort to analyze the productivity of the workforce, variables that can affect the level of productivity must be considered. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of labor productivity in the work of installing light steel horses based on the percentage of utility factors and to identify the factors that affect labor productivity. The research method used is the productivity rating approach, which is recording the working time of workers on steel roof truss work using a stopwatch. The time obtained in the field is classified into three types of activities, namely effective time, contribution time and ineffective time and accompanied by filling out a questionnaire to determine the factors that affect labor productivity. The results of the study show that the time needed to do steel roof truss work is 4 days. From the data analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that the effective working time that can be done on the steel roof truss work is the horse￾horse design work with a time of 0.587 minutes / m2 and a volume of 88.16 m2. While the highest LUR value is found in the design of the truss of 90.62%. From the results of distributing questionnaires, it is found that the factors causing the highest labor productivity are training or courses with a coefficient of 0.930. Meanwhile, the factors causing the lowest labor productivity are work tools and facilities with a coefficient of 0.490.
