Abstract

Dispora Anamabas Islands Regency is an agency engaged in the world of education, besides that it is also engaged in planning the development and improvement of school units (projects). This research was conducted with the aim of assisting the procurement committee in determining the winning contractor for the project tender by using a decision support system. This study uses the Simple Additive Weighting method, namely by analyzing the assessment criteria by taking data through direct interviews with the Procurement Committee. The results of this study indicate that the potential of this system is to provide recommendations for which contractors will be the winners in the auction process by producing ranking outputs from the assessment criteria analyzed. The application of the decision of the winner of the direct directive project and the design of this software system is said to be feasible to determine the winner of the direct directive project winner by using the assessment criteria and assessment data of the contractor's documents that have been taken.
