Abstract

Sub-district office services for managing Business Recommendation Letters are still an obstacle where the management of a Business Recommendation Letter with the provision that one day notification of the file is accepted or rejected until it is completed but in reality it is more than one day. Management of Business Recommendation Letters in Marpoyan Damai Village, of course, requires the achievement of fast and appropriate services in order to provide satisfaction to the applicant. Achievement of Business Recommendation Letter Management Services Through Fairness, Ease, Care, Reliability, Convenience, and Trust. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors and obstacles to the Integrated Service of Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru City in the service of Business Recommendation Letters. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the management of the Business Recommendation Letter in Marpoyan Damai Village had been carried out but not optimally where there was still a delay in the completion of the Business Recommendation Letter processing for more than one working day after the file was received or rejected, This is due to the lack of employees in providing special services. Management of Business Recommendation Letters and service counters provide comprehensive services, thus slowing down overall service management. However, the authors suggest to the Marpoyan Damai Sub-district office, Pekanbaru City, to increase the number of employees, provide completion of Business Recommendation Letter Management within one working day, and employees to increase cooperation in providing services to provide satisfaction for the applicant community.
