Abstract

Accounting is often expressed as the language of the company. Rapid changes in society have made the language more complex, which is used to record, summarize, report, and interpret basic economic data for the benefit of individuals, entrepreneurs, governments, and other members of society. The accounting system is the forms, records, procedures, and tools used to process data about the business of an economic entity with the aim of generating feedback in the reports required by management to monitor its business, and for other interested parties such as shareholders, creditors and government agencies to assess the results. The accounting system at PT Alfa Scorpii Pasir Putih cannot be separated from the cash receipt system. Cash receipts include unit sales, loan installments and general receipts. Personnel involved in the cash receipts accounting system and accounting system include cashiers, funds department, credit department, general department, marketing department and service department.
