Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of product quality and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Pangeran Fried Chicken Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all consumers who had bought Prince Fried Chicken in 2021. The sampling technique in this study used Accidental Sampling in which the sampling accidentally met directly with the researcher in the research object with a total of 80 people. Data collection techniques in this study using Questionnaires, Interviews and Documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that product quality and service quality partially and simultaneously affect consumer satisfaction at Pangeran Fried Chicken Pekanbaru. The magnitude of the influence of product quality and service quality is 72%.
