Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the 2021 Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget Management in Pandau Jaya Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency. The indicators used in the management are planning, implementation, administration, reporting, and accountability. The type of research located in Pandau Jaya Village is descriptive, which describes the reality encountered in the field as it is regarding spoken and written words, and the behavior that can be observed from the people being researched relating to the problem of Revenue and Budget Management. 2021 Village Expenditures in Pandau Jaya Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency. There are informants in this study, namely the village head, village officials. The types and techniques of data collection used in this study consisted of, primary data collected using interviews and observations and secondary data collected through documentation techniques. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used in this research is data reduction, data presentation stage, and conclusion drawing stage. Based on this analytical technique, the researcher concludes that the Management of the 2021 Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget in Pandau Jaya Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency is in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.1. Barriers in managing the 2021 Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget in Pandau Jaya Village Siak Hulu Subdistrict, Kampar Regency, namely in 2021 there are activities that cannot be carried out due to the slow issuance of the regent's regulation regarding the preparation of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget, the suggestion in this study is to the Village Government that the Pandau Jaya Village Government should prepare the RKPDes and APBDes referring to the previous year's budget so there is no delay.
