Abstract

This study aims to determine the governance of the village government in infrastructure development in Pandau Jaya Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency and the inhibiting factors. The assessment indicators used include accountability, participation, transparency, equality, efficiency, and effectiveness. This research is located in Pandau Jaya Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by describing a situation that is carried out to determine the value of the independent variable, either one or more variables. The number of samples in this study were 8 people. Types and techniques of data collection used consisted of observations and observations, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative starting from data reduction or choosing the main or important things then presented in the form of data presentation that refers to the information obtained during the research then drawing conclusions about Village Government Governance in Infrastructure Development in the Village. Pandau Jaya, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency in 2021.
