Abstract

this study uses management Tori According to George R. Terry in his book Principles of Management (Sukarna, 2011:3), also states that management is the achievement of predetermined goals through the efforts of other people or Management are goals that have been set through or jointly with the efforts of others. This research uses descriptive analysis method using qualitative data. Primary data, based on observations and interviews. Secondary data is obtained from references and thesis. Research subjects are Reny Andriany, Tommy Gusman, and the dance section and members of the studio. The results of this study are that the management of the Puti Limo Jurai Studio has been going well, it can be seen from the functioning of the planning, organizing, mobilizing, and supervising functions, such as the participation of the Puti Limo Jurai Studio in events. , and the existence of social activities. And the existence of this dance studio is enough to influence the development of arts in the city of Bukittinggi.
