Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of the use of information technology on employee performance (Case Study of PT. Silver Tour & Travel Pekanbaru). This research is a causal comparative study. The population of this study was 35 and used a sample of 35 respondents. The data used are primary data in the form of a questionnaire. Before the research was conducted, the instrument was tested first with validity and reliability testing involving 35 employees of PT. Silver Tour & Travel Pekanbaru. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant effect of the use of information technology on employee performance (Case Study of PT. Silver Tour & Travel Pekanbaru).
