Abstract

This research was conducted in order to find out the quality of service available at the Peterseli Kitchen Restaurant Pekanbaru City. This study also explains that the service quality variable is the main variable that most influences customer satisfaction. The research method used by the author is the type of research that belongs to the type ofresearch quantitative using themethod descriptive survey. The final results of the research that the authors did produce the results that the quality of service at the Peterseli Kitchen Restaurant in Pekanbaru City which is determined by five main indicators, namely direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy can be stated in the fairly good category. Based on the final results of the research that the author has done that there are inhibiting factors in the quality of service at the Peterseli Kitchen Restaurant, Pekanbaru City, the comfort of the room is still quite good, the waiter is not responsive in responding to consumer complaints, the service does not provide clear and easy to understand information, the lack of knowledge of the waiter on the menu available in the restaurant and the lack of responsiveness of the waiter to the customers who come.
