Abstract

This study aims to determine the objective level of coordination in the training of the Riau Provincial Workforce Office in Pekanbaru City (case study of the labor training center). Indicators of this study are communication, awareness of the importance of coordination, competence of human resources involved in coordination, commitment agreements and coordination incentives, continuity of planning. This type of research is located in the city of Pekanbaru is a descriptive survey, which prioritizes the questionnaire as a data collection tool and the data collected with this tool is then used as the main raw material for analyzing the empirical conditions of the objectivity of the existence of research objectives at the location being examined. The population used in this study is the head of the manpower and transmigration department, the head of training and placement of workers and transmigration, the official of the labor and transmigration department, apprenticeship training participants, the community (job seekers). The sampling technique used in determining individual samples is the census technique for the employee population and the purposive sampling technique for the workforce population group, the types and data collection techniques used in this study consist of, primary data collected using questionnaires and interviews and secondary data used. collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use the frequency table tool. Based on this analysis technique, the researcher assessed and concluded that the implementation of coordination in the training of the Riau provincial labor department at the city of Pekanbaru (case study of the workforce training center) was at the "Quite Done" assessment interval.
