Abstract
Gege's Garage Workshop is an industry engaged in the repair, modification and restoration of gede motorcycles that have a large engine capacity that offers facilities for moge users in Riau so that maintenance and repair of large motorcycles tend to be easier to reach by customers considering that this workshop is still located in Sumatra without having to go outside other islands, on the other hand there are not many official European motor workshops and many gede motor workshops in Pekanbaru. This became the basis for Gege's Garage Workshop so it was necessary to determine communication patterns to increase customer loyalty. Researchers see that these activities need to be done to compete with competitors engaged in the same field, namely, the service industry of Gede motor repair, especially in Pekanbaru. This study uses qualitative methods, data sources are primary and secondary data, data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The alisa data technique uses data reduction collection, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity checking technique using triangulation. The results of this study indicate that there are two communication patterns used by Gege's Garage Workshop, namely secondary communication patterns and circular communication patterns. Secondary communication pattern to reach the owner to the customer via telephone and whatsapp, while the circular communication pattern, communication that occurs directly by the owner with the customer in the workshop without going through the media and communication that occurs is consultative.
