Abstract

This study aims to determine the study of land compensation statement services (SPGR) in Bina Widya District, Pekanbaru City and the inhibiting factors. The assessment indicators used include information counters, registration and file reception counters, file inspection counters, field data inspection counters, and file submission counters. This research is located at the Bina Widya Sub-district Office, Pekanbaru City. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by describing a situation that is carried out to determine the value of the independent variable, either one or more variables. There are two population groups and samples in this study, which amounted to 3 people and purposive sampling technique for the community which amounted to 10 people, so the sample size set was 13 people. Types and techniques of data collection used consisted of observations and observations, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative starting from data reduction or choosing the main or important things then presented in the form of data presentation that refers to the information obtained during the study then drawing conclusions about the Implementation of Integrated District Administrative Services (PATEN) in Bina Widya District, Pekanbaru City.
