Abstract

The Relationship of Power to the Accuracy of Shooting Futsal Balls in the Extracurricular Team of MTs Negeri 3 Pekanbaru The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between leg muscle power and the accuracy of shooting futsal balls in the extracurricular team at MTs Negeri 3 Pekanbaru. Based on the results of observations that have been made on the extracurricular team at MTs Negeri 3 Pekanbaru, several problems were found including there are still many futsal extracurricular students who have not mastered the basic futsal techniques, especially when shooting properly and correctly, the impact of the ball and feet which causes the shooting kick. Many deviate from the target, leg muscle power that is not well known so that it is necessary to deepen this, shooting accuracy is still weak when students shoot, facilities and infrastructure that do not support it according to its standards to extracurricular students' discipline when participating in training which is still weak. The tests used in this study were the standing broad jump test, and the futsal shooting test. The sample in this study were 12 people. From the results of tests conducted on the extracurricular team of MTs Negeri 3 Pekanbaru, the results obtained are that there is a relationship between leg muscle power and futsal shooting results as evidenced by rcount > rtable or 1 > 0,576.
