Abstract

This research was motivated by the existence of Lim’s Café where the owner was non-moslem businessman meanwhile the majority employees in this café were moslem. Working to non-moslem should have a review based on fiqih muamalah view to seen was there the job suitable with Islamic sharia. The purpose in this research examined to know the review of fiqih muamalah about working to non-moslem (study at Lim’s Café). Research formulation questioned about “how was fiqih muamalah review about working to non-moslem businessman (study at Lim’s Café). This research was conducted by interview process with operational, chef head, chief of barista and moslem employee. Research finding concluded that people could work with non-moslem businessman when the work field was in halal and suitable with Islamic sharia requirement and an employee should be able to keep Islamic sharia signs in order to avoid from work that destroyed faith.
