Abstract

Indigenous Forest Prohibition of Rumbio Kenegarian has a potential bird tourism spot or spot, by trecking on foot along the customary forest, namely: area Cubodak Mangkarak, Tanjung Kulim, Koto Nagagho, Panoghan, Halaman Kuyang, Kalamutung, Sialang Layang and Ghimbo Potai. Based on observations found that there were 40 species of birds. The training to empower the community about bird tourism in the Rumbio Rumbio Customary Forest of Kampar Regency to increase household income and biodiversity conservation, can be said to be good and successful. Enhancing partners' understanding of bird tourism in the Rumbio Kenegarian Indigenous Forest Prohibition of Kampar Regency to increase household income and biodiversity conservation, generate added value to increase household income. Benchmarks for success are: Target targets and Community Partners have become birdwatching guides in the Rumbio Indigenous Forest Prohibition.
