Abstract

Village-owned enterprises are a means of providing village services that interact directly with the environment to achieve the welfare of the village community. Every organization has a different culture so employees must understand the culture of the organization in which they work. This study aims to examine organizational culture and the development of organizational culture in the village-owned business entity Tarai Bangun which refers to Denison's theory of organizational culture which consists of involvement, consistency, adaptability and mission. This research is a descriptive analysis study with a qualitative approach. The results of this study are in the form of information on how organizational culture affects the performance of the Taiba Smart village-owned business entity properly and its functions are carried out optimally so that the targets, goals and objectives to be achieved are achieved. Organizational Cultural Practices Taiba Smart village-owned enterprises are still not optimal and the lack of Human Resources is an obstacle to managing village-owned enterprises in providing services based on the interests of the community. The development of organizational culture is influenced by the potential and educational background of the managers of village-owned enterprises so that they do not have entrepreneurial insight and the implementation of organizational culture has not been maximized in the development of Tarai Bangun Village so that effectiveness, efficiency, quality and quantity of the public sector and efficient government have not been achieved.
