Abstract

This job analysis will clarify for leaders and members about the workload. Employees are expected to be able to achieve good performance through an understanding of job analysis. If employees can achieve the expected professionalism, employees can achieve good performance and work efficiently. Along with the problem of job analysis, the regional government assisted by the regional secretariat is responsible for all activities within the scope of the regional government. The Regional Secretariat has full authority in administering the local government bureaucracy because it represents the SKPD in the district. Each Regional Apparatus Work Unit (SKPD) is required to make a job analysis according to the existing duties and main functions. However, the problem is that until now the regional apparatus has only formulated it and has not applied it to their performance. The main purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the Performance Quality of Implementing Staff Based on the Class of Implementing Position at the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province. The type of research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the Analysis of the Quality of Work of Implementing Staff Based on the Class of Implementing Position at the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province, can be concluded that it has not been implemented optimally, and needs to be improved again based on indicators of selfpotential, optimal work results, work processes and enthusiasm.
