Abstract
Discipline factor plays a very important role in the implementation of employee work. An employee who has a high level of discipline will continue to work well even without being supervised by superiors. A disciplined employee will not steal work time to do other things that have nothing to do with work. Likewise, employees who have discipline will obey the existing regulations in the work environment with high awareness without any sense of coercion. In the end, employees who have high work discipline will have good performance because they use their working time as well as possible to carry out work in accordance with the targets that have been set. The government in an effort to increase the level of discipline of State Civil Apparatus employees has issued Government Regulation Number 94 of 2021 concerning Civil Servant Discipline which clearly states what obligations must be obeyed and prohibitions that must not be violated by every State Civil Apparatus. The main purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the Implementation of Smart Madani Attendance on the Work Discipline of the State Civil Apparatus at the Sail Subdistrict Office of Pekanbaru City. The type of research used in this study is quantitative using an associative explanatory approach. The results of the study concluded that there was a significant influence between the variables of implementing smart civil servant attendance on ASN work discipline at the Sail District Office Pekanbaru City, meaning that the application of smart civil servant attendance could improve ASN discipline at the Sail District Head Office Pekanbaru City.
