Abstract
This study aims to analyze, understand and find out how the Implement Of Public Transport Route Licensing Public Policy at the Pekanbaru City Trasportation Service. This study uses quantitative and qualitative methods with questionnaire data collection techniques, observations, interview and also documentation. The results of this study indicate that : it is sufficient to implement the public police of public transport route lincensing retribution at the Pekanbaru City Trasportation Service, this is evidenced by the result of the recapitulation of answeres obtained through the distribution of transportation company questionnaires, namely those categorized according to the size of the variable obtained carried out in realization of policy implementation which is described in indicator stage, namely : Bureaucratic Structure, Resources, Disposition,Communication.
