Abstract

The Road Construction Project to SPN (State Police School) Kampar Regency Tambang District in Sungai Pinang Village has 12 work items that will be analyzed in the form of productivity and project duration to complete the project. Network Planning CPM Critical Path (Critical Path Method) and Knowing the scheduling of project work using the CPM (Critical Path Method) method and knowing the factors causing delays in the project. The research method used in this study is the CPM (Critical Path Method)), the CPM method is a path with a collection of activities with the longest total duration and the shortest duration of completion of work, consisting of a series of critical activities, from the first activity to the last activity. The results of this study indicate that the difference between the duration of the analysis is 65 days while the plan is 180 days, from the research the difference is 57,5%, while the realization of delays, but in total the duration of the work is right at the appointed time. CPM (Critical Path Method) is a method that can be used as a reference for making Block Charts
