Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the Coaching Achievement of PPLP Volleyball Athletes in Riau Province. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The population in this study were all members of the PPLP Volleyball Riau Province and the Youth Sports Service, which amounted to 17 people, consisting of 14 athletes, I head coach, I assistant coach, and I administrator with a sample of saturated samples. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire technique that uses a Likert scale by distributing it via google form. The coaching indicators in the questionnaire are divided into 6 indicators, namely : 1) coaching, 2)achievement, 3) athletes, 4) coaches, 5) organization, 6) facilities and infrastructure. Sources of data used are data source in the form of primary data and secondary data. The result of this study is the achievement of PPLP Volleyball athletes in Riau Province with an average of 77,3% in the good category.
