Abstract
The purpose of this study is to describe and explain the presence or absence of Accountability and Transparency in the management of Village Funds in Rantau Sakti Village, Tambusai Utara District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The types and sources of data used are primary and secondary data. This research is a descriptive qualitative research by comparing practice and theory. The results showed that Rantau Sakti Village in the application of the principle of accountability was not in accordance with the Banga 2017 indicators because there were still reporting delays due to delays in preparing reports and also distance constraints. The application of the principle of Transparency is also not in accordance with Banga 2017 this can be seen from the lack of information that can be accessed by the public, the lack of openness of the village government in presenting the information listed on the billboard only containing the APBDesa budget.
