Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the accountability and transparency of the allocation of village funds to the Mudik Ulo village. The source of data from primary data and secondary data. The technique of collecting is done by using documentation and interviews, while the data analysis technique is through the process of collecting data, classifying data, presenting data and conclusions. From the results of this study indicate that the allocation of village funds in Mudik Ulo village in terms of accountability is not accountable. Accountability for planning Mudik Ulo village is carried out through the Musrenbangdes in the RKPDesa planning. The accountability of the implementation of Mudik Ulo village is marked by the existence of a village treasury account which is held accountable by the village head and village treasurer. Then the accountability of the administration of Mudik Ulo village is quite good. The village treasurer has recorded cash in and cash out, but there are some transaction that have not been recorded. Accountability reporting of Mudik Ulo village is marked by the reporting of the APBDesa. The accountability of Mudik Ulo village is marked by a report on the realization of the APBDesa that has been reported. Meanwhile, in term of transparency, the Mudik Ulo village has not been transparent because the community does not know the use of the funds and there is also no information board regarding the activities being carried out.
