Abstract
In the world of work, one of which is in the field of oil palm, humans still use themanual method to classify an oil palm bunch by using their sense of sight. Thismethod can result in errors or omissions in classifying palm fruit bunches so that itcan cause an inefficient job and result in losses for the company and result in the risk of work accidents. One way to support the work of classifying palm fruitbunches is to use the TCS34725 RGB Color Sensor and Arduino Uno R3Technology. The TCS34725 RGB Color Sensor is a converter that is programmedto convert color into frequency, which is composed of a silicon photodiodeconfiguration and a current to frequency converter in a single monolithic CMOSIC, while Arduino Uno R3 technology is a hardware that has a program IC that hasbeen planted with an Arduino boatloader. This IC program will control all activitiesin the designed control system. By utilizing this technology, the level of testingaccuracy of the prototype image classification of maturity of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) of oil palm obtained the highest accuracy of 87,5% using 20 image data(image) testing.
