Abstract

This paper aims to determine the concept and application of the lecture method in teaching Islamic education. The study of this problem is done with the character of the approach which is based on the teachings of Islam, al - Quran and al - Hadith. PAI lecture method in teaching is the way teachers deliver instructional materials Islamic education with oral narrative directly to students in the classroom with the use of the media to achieve competencies and learning indicators that have been set so that learners can have an understanding and apply it in life according to the teachings of Islam. Basic lecture excavated from QS. Al - Furqan, 25 : 63 , which confirms the use of intensive lecture and fun. Each method must have real steps that can be used in the learning process. Lecture method has six steps all of which are integrated with each other in the learning process is applied.
